Composition:

• Available in 5 ml ampoule with each contains 50 mg rocuronium bromide in solution for injection or infusion

Indications:

• As an adjunct to general anaesthesia in adults and paediatric patients (from term neonates to adolescents, 0 to < 18 years) to facilitate tracheal intubation during routine sequence induction and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery

• To facilitate tracheal intubation during rapid sequence induction in adults

• As an adjunct in the intensive care unit to facilitate intubation and mechanical ventilation, for short term use, in adults
