(alirocumab) Sanofi

Composition:

• Available in solution for injection with each ml of single-dose pre-filled pen contains 75 mg or 150 mg alirocumab

Indications:

• To reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and unstable angina requiring hospitalization in adults with established cardiovascular disease
• As an adjunct to diet, alone or in combination with other lipid-lowering therapies (e.g., statins, ezetimibe), for the treatment of adults with primary hyperlipidaemia to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol
