Composition:

• Available in vial with each contains 200 mg isavuconazole powder for concentrate for solution for infusion (as 372.6 mg isavuconazonium sulfate); or in capsule with each contains 100 mg isavuconazole (as 186.3 mg isavuconazonium sulfate)
   

Indication:

• For the treatment of adult patients with:
• invasive aspergillosis; or
• mucormycosis for whom amphotericin B is inappropriate
